ESMT Executive MBA

The ESMT Berlin MBA program offers numerous ways to combine program content and deliver the personalized path and value you are looking for. 
 

Over 15 months, the program will give you the skills and experience necessary to change your future and accelerate your career in Europe or beyond. Your choices are at the heart of the MBA with multiple opportunities to tailor the program to meet your needs. 

ESMT Full-time MBA

The one-year, full-time MBA places an emphasis on personal growth and development. Students complete unparalleled individual coaching, team building, and reflection seminars that are fully integrated into the curriculum. Students begin by acquiring a solid basis of organization management and then tailoring their knowledge with three core tracks in  Managerial Analytics, Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Strategic Leadership , elective courses and consulting projects.

ESMT Part-time MBA

The ESMT Part-time Blended MBA in  Business Innovation  is a two-year program delivered through 80% online and 20% face-to-face modules (either in Berlin or Munich), including international module options.

ESMT Global Online MBA

 Analytics, Innovation and Leadership are at the core of this fully online program which offers great flexibility to its students.The MBA is set up to be a 24-month program, with the option to take up to five years to complete it at your own pace.

ESMT Master’s in Management (MIM)

The MIM combines applied work in companies with high-quality coursework and research on the latest management theories. The program is divided into two tracks: one is designed for quantitative decision analysts (Quantitative Business) and one for creative and strategic thinkers (Innovative Management).The two-year program integrates up to 11 months of internships and projects.

Internationale Verbindungen

ESMT is Germany’s most international business school  with extremely diverse students and faculty. Intercultural training and international teams are integral to all programs.

ESMT is part of the  Global Network for Advanced Management , which offers up to two one-week trips to our MIM, MBA and EMBA students, who can attend a seminar at the school of their choice. 30 partner schools include Yale (USA), HEC Paris (France), and Fudan (China).

Qualified Master’s in Management students can choose to participate in a  Double Degree program with Yale SOM , USA. Participants will earn two degrees in two years or participate in exchanges with  Imperial College London ,  Singapore Management University , or  Queen’s University  in Canada.

Finanzielle Unterstützung

ESMT offers partial-tuition scholarships for top candidates, and all accepted students have access to loan financing. ESMT is a member of the Prodigy Finance Loan and Brain Capital Loan programs.
