Who are the participants?
Our participants usually look back on an education that at best includes basics in business administration. They are often graduates of technical, legal or scientific training programs.
They are already confronted with complex business issues and contexts and at best have experience-based or autodidactically acquired knowledge.
Our participants have several (at least five) years of professional experience, not infrequently already in positions of responsibility. This aspect is a formal selection criterion.
